BB&T utilized Summit's Senior IT Consulting
and Contingent Workforce Services.
Summit employees built, managed and supported a fault tolerant, 24x7x365,
Internet Information Technology infrastructure which supported all eBusiness
services at BB&T. Summit was responsible for all technical aspects of
retiring one proprietary non-Y2K compliant online banking product and adding
support for four new OnLine Banking products. These products included Microsoft
Money, Quicken, HomeATM, and WebConnect. In addition, services provided
included transitioning the corporate web site in house from a 3rd party hosting
site. Summit provided complete solutions that helped BB&T
grow it’s online banking customer base from 15,000 to 330,000 users.

FHB utilized Summit's Senior IT Consulting Services.
Summit was engaged to identify options and develop plans for migrating FHB’s
consumer Internet banking application from an outside service provider to
either a new outside service provider or to the bank’s in-house information
technology group. Services provided included prepared a comprehensive
Request-For-Proposals (RFP) for Internet banking application hosting and
support services; provided information to and answered questions from potential
RFP respondents; performed detailed technical evaluations of five complex and
lengthy proposals received from outside service providers in response to the
RFP; and produced a competing proposal for in-house support of Internet
banking. Summit’s plan was selected and implemented. Summit's
plan will save BancWest, parent of FHB, 12 million dollars during the first 5
years of implementation and 5 million dollars per year every year
thereafter.

Golden Corral utilized Summit's Contingent Workforce Services.
Summit employees substantially enhanced an existing extranet application that
enables Golden Corral to recognize and resolve contractual price variances with
suppliers. Enhancements included a simplified user interface, enhanced
security, increased data integrity, increased scalability, and increased
reporting options. System modifications have resulted in reduced data entry
errors and increased communication between Golden Corral, vendors, and
shippers. Utilizing this system, which consists of Internet, personal
computing, and mini computer technology, Golden Corral will achieve an
estimated cost savings of just over 1 million dollars per year.

Hill-Rom utilized Summit's Senior IT Consulting
and Contingent Workforce Services.
When Hill-Rom needed to rewrite their industry-leading Nurse-Call product they
turned to Summit for advice. Summit's senior IT consultants provided
recommendations on the latest development platforms. Next Summit's senior
IT recruiters quickly assembled two very senior and highly qualified software
development teams. Summit's teams worked closely with their Hill-Rom
counterparts during Analysis, Design, Implementation and Deployment. An
iterative software development life cycle was used resulting in a
higher-quality product delivered on time. Summit's quick
response was instrumental to the success of Hill-Rom's commercial software
development projects.

Services.
Summit was engaged to analyze and make recommendations regarding the software
maintenance of Peopleclick’s Candidate Recruiting Portal. Summit identified the
need to upgrade to the latest development tools, identified the need for more
thorough software requirements, created designs and prototypes for a new
Candidate Recruiting Portal, and provided training to Peopleclick’s technical
staff. Summit's design recommendations reduced the volume of
source code in the Candidate Recruiting Portal by 75% which in turn greatly
decreased the cost of maintenance, improved application reliability, and
substantially increased overall system performance.

RJR utilized Summit's Project Outsourcing Services.
Summit developed all commericial software for a real-time, air quality
measurement and control system for smokestack emissions. This system was
marketed in the US and Europe. Summit not only achieved
the project goals but delivered them three months early and significantly under
budget.

Services.
Summit designed, developed, and hosted Schiller Communications company web site
which can be viewed here.
After listening to Schiller Communications' goals and understanding the purpose
of their website, Summit was able to create a clean design with easy navigation
that was a reflection of Schiller Communications' brand image.
Summit developed a highly professional web site for this marketing and public
relations consulting firm. The web site was developed on-time and within
budget.
